Loving Kindness Meditation Script

This meditation is the meditation of love. Meditation is done using simple visualization techniques using our minds that we use to think. Let that happen past, remove and at this point, just focus on your breath, heart/chest, also in the mind of sympathy appearing, natural and balanced. Deep breath and say to yourself: I hope everybody else is also in good condition. 

Naturally, develop rhythm –-catch my breath: I hope I'm in good condition, exhale: Hopefully everyone else in good condition. ... If your mind wanders, then with smooth, natural and full of patience, withdraw your attention. 

There is a gentle movement, back around the chest, on the breath, feelings of sympathy--the inhale: I hope I'm in good condition, exhale: Hopefully everyone else in good condition.

Inhale to the area around your chest: I hope I'm in good condition. Exhale from the area surrounding the chest: Hopefully, they are in good condition. Now bring to mind, shaping our Earth as we've seen from outer space. The point on object full of colorful, our thoughts: may all beings in good condition. Exhale: may all beings in good condition. 

And is now bringing into our minds, vacancy form vast and infinite. Navigate our mind to the infinite space that's all beings: Hopefully in good condition. Let your mind open wide; Let your heart open wide. There is no restriction between your body with the universe –-no limit – in General – penetrated space and time. ...

Now very carefully, with a bit more focused, bring back our attention towards the area around the chest, the point in the middle of the chest. Inhale with delicate and deep and come up with a thought: I hope I'm in good condition. Hold briefly in the ...

Now with our own name, said: I FORGIVE you ... In the name of our own, said: I FORGIVE you ... and ... I FORGIVE YOU ... I FORGIVE YOU.

Get involved with feelings of love that. Lead to the feeling in your heart; embrace them gently in. .. Now with careful, go back to your breath – – energy breath goes into the area around your chest: I hope I'm in good condition. Reflect on and treat yourself with these feelings. Then exhale through the area around your chest: I hope everybody else is also in good condition.

So simple –-inhaling, gathered with energy. Exhale, pray so that everyone is always in good condition. Exhale for everyone. ...
